Needs advice for cebu diving

Hi,

I'm planning to go to cebu late October to November and would like to witness Malapascua diving.. I'm looking for a good DM at affordable rates. Any suggestions, referrals, or numbers to call? Please advise. Also, would like to know which sites are best for night dives?
