How deep can a 13yr old with a PADI Jr open water cert go?

The padi website says that:
• Junior Open Water Divers ages 10-11 years old must dive with a PADI Professional or certified parent/guardian. Dives must not exceed 12 metres /40 feet.
• Junior Open Water Divers ages 12-14 years old must dive with a certified adult. (13+ years old can take the Open Water Diver course online.

It lists a max depth for 10-11 yr olds but not for 12-14 yr olds. Is the only other restriction that they must dive with an adult?

Thanks -

18 metres under direct supervision. Once they turn 15 they can "upgrade" their card to a normal open water card.

R..

And for the metric-challenged, that's 60 feet in the ol' imperial system.
