Missing strap

So I recently got the large mesh dive flag duffel for my wife and I (and love it!)
However, mine came without a strap :(
How do I go about getting one?

Hi Chris,
Just call us and we'll send you a shoulder strap. If your bag is the #29, they don't come with shoulder straps, but we have plenty of shoulder straps and we'd be happy to give you one. The only other "dive flag" type mesh bag we have would be the #91 Amphibian; I don't think you have that one, but if you do send me photos of the bag so I know exactly which strap to send you.
