I did after flying towards my latest dive trip :-(. It got me ~3 days later, and I have dived 5 of the best Red Sea wrecks while sick. Not a wise idea at all, but I decided I want to take the chance. It all ended well and probably I'll never repeat it.
On the way back home, half of the plane was coughing and sneezing.
