Hello all,

Well, I should have known better then to plan a trip during November so it comes as no surprise that the forecast is calling for 6-8 this weekend. My group will still be heading to the Big Pine-Cudjoe area this weekend, Nov 6-9 and though we have given up the idea of hitting the Busch, we wont give up hope for water related activities. I know of some inshore coral heads but would really like to know about the Backcountry to the north of the main islands. Ive heard horror stories from village elders about coming off a plane in shallow water, sinking waist deep in muck, and getting stuck in the middle of nowhere- Id like to avoid that, sooo any chance someone might know of dive-snorkel-fishing areas on the gulf side? Google earth makes it look tame enough…

Thanks in advance!
Steve
