Sorry for the late reply on this post.
The new Canon 100mm Macro lens operates with the same focus extension #5510.75 and port body #5510.16. However it requires a shorter knob spacer #0376.2 which is available through our office MSRP $6. The shorter knob spacer will be included with #5510.75 extensions produced as of Dec. 1, 2009.
