Are you a diver or a snorkler? The D10 is only rated to 33ft so that kinda limits it's usefulness for SCUBA.
I've only played witht HD320 at the LDS once but it didn't seem very well built. If it were my money I wouldn't buy either one.

No comparison for scuba diving. Get the Camera Mask instead of the D10. I would avoid the D10 anyway for scuba application. You won't like it for SCUBA.
