Good idea to buy a dry-suit in Hurghada??

Hi

I travel the red sea frequently and I am going there for a week over x.mas.

Since I want to start diving in Norway next summer and need a dry suit I wondered if anyone has any experience in buying a dry suit in Hurghada?

Wetsuits are very cheap in Egypt compared to Norway/Northern Europe, is it so with dry suits as well?

I know the shops in Hurghada but I have never looked for a dry suit there, any ideas or experiences anyone?

Personally I don't think it's a good idea. Dry suits are expensive and models are limited here.

I would think that you want to try one first to make sure it is really dry!

I'd buy one in Norway, when you do your dry suit course if you haven't already).
I would think the Norwegians understand COLD WATER... brrrr
