Hmmm, should be diveable next year if they leave her there.
 
Got the site description from a fellow instructor living in Sharm. It's a steep wall dropping to like 50 - 60 meters (165 - 200 feet), then some big pinnacles and a slopping plateau till 80 - 90 meters (270 - 300 feet).

If not floated, it's gonna be a tech dive :)
 
But you need some tech wrecks don't you?
 
I am just astounded that a ship can hit this reef in broad daylight. It is so waay off route. There are two clearly marked shipping lanes that are a couple of reefs either side of Woodhouse which kind of sits right in the middle of the gulf.

I hope the damage to the reef itself is not too vast. It is on this part of wall that we look under the overhangs at about 5m for baby white tipped reef sharks... right where the ship would have struck :(
