I would like to plan a dive trip in June with my son who is newly certified. I thought of the Keys: easy to get to and a reputation for lots of good diving for beginners. I am not worried about hurricanes but June is the Keys' wettest month. Will I risk long stretches of rainy weather in June? Passing summer showers don't worry me. If lots of rain is a reality, any other recommendtions for dive trips appreciated.

You shouldn't see long stretches of rain unless there is a hurricane approaching or passing by. The typical summer day in the keys starts out sunny, as the day develops clouds form, then the rain comes, usually clearing up again by the end of the day.
