i should know if I can do this within the next two weeks. one last question, shooting with a 90 lens will these lights fill the screen on a medium shot? what about a 110?

Shouldn't be a problem do do it right away. No problem covering the 90 lens at full wide, not sure about the 110. Let me know what you decide.
