Aeris Atmos AI and Miflex HP hose

I currently have a Aeris Atmos AI with quick disconnect and I find that when the air is on, the hose is extremely rigid (to the point of becoming an issue) my question is can I use the new miflex HP hose with this set-up? I am willing to lose the quick disconnet if required. Can you please advise if this is possible and what parts would need to order to make this happen.

I found through necessity that you can remove the quick disconnect adater from the computer, and a standard high pressure hose will fit. You have to supply the spool that goes in between them. Any dive shop should carrry the spool and high pressure hose. Good Luck.
