Hi everyone,

Check out this clip I shot the other day and tell me what you think. I assume they are Lemons, but cannot find a definitive answer.

YouTube - Lemon Sharks Stuart Florida

Diving out of Stuart is going to get exciting as the summer approaches and a NEW CHARTER gets established! Stay Tuned

Nice find Shcubasteve! I agree with deco_martini definately at least two sandtigers Carcharias taurus.

See this URL for general information on the species: Florida Museum of Natural History Ichthyology Department: Sandtiger Shark

The shark at 1:04 in your video appers to be a nurse shark Ginglymostoma cirratum

Yes I agree with Sportxlh where is this dive location wreck / beach dive , yak
very cool for the stuart area

Sport and ctx, the dive site was a barge in 60' 2 miles stright out of St. Lucie Inlet. I dive on my buddy's 30' Island Hopper. As soon as the coastguard inspection and final details are ironed out we will have a great charter out of St. Lucie Inlet. The Capt has been diving Stuart area for 30 year and knows the bottom like the back of his hand. Stuart had great diving if you can handel limited vis (sometimes). 6 mile reef had 60' visibility the other day! Go Dive!
