Vance Harlow's Regulator Repair and Maintenance from Airspeed Press - you can find it on the web via Google.
There's also a stack of original manufacturer manuals in PDF format floating about the web, however there are copyright issues associated with distributing them over the internet (they're not supposed to be in the public domain). Apeks, US Divers and ScubaPro manuals are known to exist in this format. Occasionally they will also show up on a Google search.
