what would be a good choice to get out to the reef. a boat is not always an option and its a heck of a swim out to some of the deeper reefs. are any of the propulsion vehicles good for on top of the water or any other ideas. no problem to tie up on buoys
 
That's exactly why I bought my X-scooter. We use them to access sites that are unmanageable swims from shore.
 
thank you ts. gonna see if one of the dive shops rent them and give it a go. great reef outside my condo but the swim way to far to reach. this might just be the ticket
