Most of the local boats run wreck/reef or reef/reef two tank trips. Your best bets for a Fort Lauderdale area charter 2 tank wreck trip would probably be Avid Divers which is a six pack you should be able to pre arrange trips with: http://www.aviddivercharters.com/ or possibly Miss Conduct Dive Charters: http://missconduct.tripod.com/
Both of the above ops actually run out of Pompano Beach but they're really close to Fort Lauderdale and probably your best bets for a wreck/wreck trip.
