Ok, after extensive searching I've narrowed it down to this web link and hotel. It's the Coral Coast Hotel in Dahab and with Fantasea Red Sea | Dahab | Red Sea. Hotel looks good, nice bars and restaurants and on the beach. Dive shop seems to offer plenty of jeep/boat/camel safari's and places to dive. they offered me a good deal for 7 nights and compared to other hotels/dive shops. Very competative price.

What do you all think? Have anyone of you stayed there? Dived with them? Thanks,
