They are BRAND NEW, NEVER USED and the housing comes with all accessories and the warranty card to send in for your full warranty and the instruction manuals. The manufacture date on this is FEB.-4-2010. This is a great price on this fantastic housing!! I paid $619 + shipping for this late Feb., my loss your gain.
