Hi,

I'm going to be in Marbella in May and I'm hoping to do some diving while there. I've found a few dive clubs/schools. I'm just looking for opinions if anyone has gone with any of these clubs or has recommendations. They pretty much cover the same dive sites, but I'm more concerned about the staff, price and equipment (since I'll be renting equipment).

So I'm not allowed to post urls yet (so I can't put direct links), but the ones I found were:

Happy Divers Marbella
Prodive Marbella
Diving Marbella

These are just the top results from a Google search. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Beware not all the dive centers in Spain and thier island operate legally and if you book diving with one of the illegal ones you can loose money and insurnace can become invalid. The best way to discover the proffesional legally operating centers is to look at the government run tourisim sites as these only carry details of the legal centers. Being a member of PADI is no guarantee that a center is legal as they do not require centers to comply with local laws!!!
