A few of the brand new but apparently long-warehoused fins at my dive shop have foot pockets warped from pressure accumulated during storage. Thoughts on ways to fix them? Should we try stretching them back into better positions by hand, or with inserts? Would the use of a heat gun help or hurt? Thank you in advance!

If there was a good sized hot tub available I would have appropriate size feet fin the fins in as hot a water as possible, for 10 minutes or more, possibly multiple times.
