What feature are you looking for and the type of diving are you doing. Also what do your friends dive with? Both are good computers it just depends on what you are doing with your diving.
I like the digital compass on the Cobra 3.

I just purchased a cobra 3 to replace my cobra. I should have it in about a week, and will let you know how it works after. Loved my cobra, but the darn thing went crazy on me, telling me I was at 450 feet of water, sitting at my kitchen table. Suunto / Aqualung said they know about the problem, but I was WAY out or warranty.
