Each time I rinse out my OMS SMBs it baffles me how it is possible that even when I remove the dump valve, the water still won't drain. I have to put the valve back on, inflate the bag by blowing into it, drain some of the water, then inflate it again and repeat the cycle until all the water has drained. It's a major PITA and I wonder why that is or what can be done about it.
