Need a couple of local Keys recipes

I know...not dive related but a diver has to keep their strength up!

Sundowners in Key Largo has a ranch dressing that my wife and I love and I wondered if anyone has any insight on how to make this dressing.

I need a good recipe for how to cook black beans. Not sure why, but I have tried many different recipes and cannot seem to get it right.

I'd suggest calling them and asking them about it. They have a recipes section on their website. While ranch dressing isn't listed, it shows they're willing to share at least some of their secrets
