Cancer, in its multitude of forms, touches the lives of almost every family. I lost my mother to lung cancer over sixteen years ago and I'm certain every one of you knows someone who has faced cancer.
That's why I decided to try to help raise funds by participating in the 2010 Ride the Rideau, a 100 km (60 mile) bicycle ride this coming September (yeah - I'll need 4 months to prepare for it, I've never tried to ride that far in 1 day before).
You can help support cancer research at the Ottawa Hospital by making a secure online donation using your credit card. Click on the link below:

No donation is too big or too small, the Ottawa Hospital is a registered charity and tax receipts are issued instantly.
If you're in the Ottawa area and would like to participate as a rider or volunteer please visit Home | Ride the Rideau | September 11, 2010
Thanks for your support!
