Sherwood Magnum EX mask lens cracked.

I have a Sherwood Magnum EX mask and the lens cracked in the corner. I take really good care of all my gear and this is the second mask from Sherwood that has done this. This mask is a fairly new mask. Is there a recall on this or can Sherwood make this up? I really like these masks I have a hard time finding a mask that fits me and would like to continue to buy Sherwood products. Both masks were the Magnum EX and cracked in the same place.

We are sorry to hear about your mask. There has not been a recall on this product. All Sherwood products come with a 2 year warranty that covers defects to the original owner with a proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. Just take your mask to any authorized dealer with your proof of purchase and we will get it taken care of.

Sherwood Rep could you reply to the three PM sent? I know you are busy, but it has been two weeks sent my first PM. I know Sherwood is a better company than this. I asked you what do I do if this mask was a gift and I have no receipt. I do not have contact with the person who gave it to me. What can I do to get this issue resolved?
