generic dive log sheet

Can anyone provide for me either in html or Word format a copy of a dive log sheet to document a single dive or dive trip. I'm looking for a general representation of a blank sheet to share with some friends that I'm trying to give a better idea on how to log their dives. thanks so much. also, if this matters - we are all padi divers. thanks again.

Padi has one in pdf format that you can download for free in their technical courses section.

Nice log but since it's comming from the PADI site it's essentially copyrighted .

I caught hell a few years back from my IDC Course Director for photocopying PADI log sheets for my custom log book.

My own design. It prints two per 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet and works really well.

sounds like fair game and I don't see a PADI or DSAT copyright anywhere....

You don't have to have a copyright notice on it. It is copyrighted by default. However, they have basicly implied consent for individuals to use it.
