Shouldn't skin dive after scuba ?

I would say as long as you dive your tables you would be ok.
 
It is not an issue of how well you followed any of the tables as much as one of ascent rate when coming up from a free dive.

Don't do it... If your have to free-dive do it before making your dives for the day... (or bring more air and make another dive...)

Read Cornfed's link. What you are suggesting can be quite dangerous.
 
Frogfish, they say if you freedive after getting even slightly nitrogen saturated on a scuba dive, it is like shaking a Coke to see if it will make bubbles. This is true no matter what pressure group you're in. The deco researchists could probably tell you exactly how much bubble formation you risk, but better not to try it. Especially if you are free-diving alone.
