It is pretty much as advertised . Clean , self contained , spacious . Nothing fancy but works well .

I think that a good choice for you to use for your first trip would be

Package rates (http://www.belmar-bonaire.com/index.php/rates/package-rates)

I know that I didn't answer your question but - that's my opinion.

A quick trip to their website shows they still have posted their rates for 2008-2009.

Definitely get in touch with somebody down there and get updated rates. It also worries me when a company lets their website get THAT outdated.

It includes all your diving and rental auto. But not rental auto insurance!

Well when the diving is only $400-$500, the car is only $300-$400 that still leaves $1900 for a room for 6 nights. thats $300 a night for a room no thanks.

I stayed there as a solo diver in Nov 2009. I did post a review on the board. The room was extremely clean. There was AC in the bedroom, but not in the the living area. There was a door betwen the bedroom and living area that I closed at night. Parking was right at the door and there was a faucet and tub outside for rinsing gear. I used Buddy Dive at the BelMar location for tanks.

I would definitlely stay there again if I was diving solo.

As for pricing, do your research and get actual quotes. I used Andy at Bonairepros.com.

If you have specific questions, let me know.
