I'm not sure this is truly what's needed, but here goes.

After several tries to install and run ACI 2.2.2 on my laptop I realized I've got a 64-bit AMD Turion processor with 32-bit XP Pro SP3. I assume that's why the software would run, but ACI would hang when attempting to download from the Aeris DC. Upon hitting the first button in the download pathway, the software quickly ramp up to 100% CPU usage and remains there with no progress. I have to kill the process or PC manually to terminate. I had installed the 32-bit drivers. When I try installing the 64-bit drivers, the files extract, but then I get a message that the installer is not a 32-bit OS item.

Does anyone know if I can simply manually install the drivers and other stuff, and where it all goes? I could go back to using the 32-bit desktop PC, but I travel with the laptop and would rather have the dive log there.

thanks for any help,
Mike
