I would like your kind advice with testing . I was thinking to use a pull scale to obtain some adequate results . If I make a maximum dead lift does that correlate with a bollard pull test or is that apples and oranges . Would testing vertical with a neutral buoyancy also be okay . thanks for any responses and have a nice Independence Day.
 
You're aware of the Tahoe Benchmark testing correct?
