Elpinstone and Paradise reef in one week not with liveaboard

Yes Yes,

I know this is asking a lot but i do want to try.
As the title says i would like to dive both Elpinstone and Paraside reef in one 1 week diving holliday. A Liveaboard is out of the question.

So it comes down to location and diveoporator. Any suggestions?

Elphinstone is doable via daily and speed boats out of Marsa Alam. Any place between Marsa Ghaleb and Um Tondoba will do.

If you mean Paradise reef off St. Johns, it's very far for daily boats' reach.
