Anyone dove w/ a long hose in T/C???

Normal, IL USA (yes, that is a real city)
My fiance and I are going to Turks & Caicos for our honeymoon in November. We are diving 2 days with Caicos Adventures. Has anyone dove with a hogarthian rig (or close to it anyways) with them? Did you have any issues? I just want to make sure they will let us dive with our rigs. We have some local "expert" that claims there are dive ops that won't allow the long hose, but he doesn't seem to have an answer as to why.
