Has anyone been to Blue Springs in the last week or two? Plan on going Sunday and was wondering about vis and temp.

Jendra July 27th, 2010, 07:42 PM I dove (tried to dive) at Blue Springs today. We anticipated doing at least 2 dives but after only seeing 'muddy water' after 37 minutes into our first dive we aborted the dive. We got to 26' and at that depth the water temp was 69 degrees. If you decide to go... I would take a rope to tether yourselves together (just in case). moonlight July 27th, 2010, 11:47 PM I'm sorry that your dive was not good. I went Sunday and it was very murky, but the water was warm. My buddy and I had two good dives. Although he managed to lose his weights twice. Equipment malfunction with me doing some blind sweeps to find them. Let's hope the waters clear up soon.
