Blue lake, Oregon. Diving?

When I was younger my family would frequently visit Suttle and Blue lakes in Oregon. I remember that Blue lake had the best visibility I had ever seen with extremely blue water. Unfortunately it looks to be closed now due to private ownership and a youth/artistic retreat on the site. I would love to dive this lake. Does anybody know if the camp is accomadating for this? Maybe in the off seasons? Do any local clubs ever get permission to dive here? Thanks
