Dive Calendar

Hi All -
It's very cool to see so many posts on a very live board. Is there a place where upcoming dives are listed? Very few of my friends are interested in Fresh Water diving (preferring warm trips down south). Living in downtown TO and not having Tam Dive anymore it makes diving life just that much harder.

I'm wondering if there's a point in asking ScubaBoard to make their calendar a little more effective and actually have posts for things going on in our area or relating to dives in general...? I see a lot of reminders for people's b-day's but not much more

Does this make sense?

.......but, I believe that you can post anything to the ScubaBoard calander (within reason).

Don't know about a calendar but I'm sure if you put up a post saying that you want to dive place x and date y you should be able to dig up some divers who are willing to go. I did just that with the Kirkfield quarry post. I was surprised at the amount of divers that responded and have commited to coming:wacko:
Also I believe most LDS have a dive calendar with where and when they are going to certain sites... you can check with your favourite one to see what they have.
