Anyone have an opinion on where the best areas to dive in Spain are?

Is it more worthy to hit up Croatia, even though I am in Spain right now, and it would cost me roughly 300 euo to get to Croatia.

Doing my 4 open water dives to get my certification...

One of my vacation consideration is Valencia, Spain next year.

Do any of you have any first hand info on diving in Spain? How about Valencia?
