Can anyone give me some info on Whiskey Wreck? My girlfriend and I just got OW certified and want to do our first OW dive.

Is the wreck covered by the sandbar? Does anyone know an approximate visibility? If you think Whiskey would be a bad choice what other easy dive site could you recommend? TIA

Line up with the east side of Bahama Bobs and head south, its about 100 yards out. I dove it about 2 months ago and there was alot of relief. Visibility can vary from really bad to really good. All depends on the gulf.

It will not be divable.

TUESDAY
SOUTH WINDS 20 TO 25 KNOTS. SEAS 5 TO 8 FEET. BAYS AND
COASTAL WATERWAYS ROUGH. NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

Thanks Gary. It didn't seem like it would, but we are leaving Wednesday so I was hoping to get a dive in.
