Due to the holiday weekend seeing a fair number of people escaping to the city for the weekend, we are moving the Sept 4 "dive and bbq with Guy Shockey" event to Saturday, Sept. 11 (the following weekend).
our motley crew will likely still be diving the 3/4/5th, just without the special guest
We will be meeting at the coves, around 1pm. We'll look at the congestion (the writhing hordes of divers should be thinning out by then) and spend some time chatting and then go for a dive. If weather is good, we'll do a lunch over there on the beach, but if it's standard bi-polar seattle-ness, we will head over to my place in Leschi neighborhood or a local pizza place or something if people don't wanna drive anywhere...
