Anyone have problems with their Halcyon Eos charger?

Mine won't turn on at all. Initially, it wouldn't turn on unless the switch was in the off position when it was plugged in. I thought this was odd, but just how the thing worked. I've only had this thing for a few weeks!

Incidentally, I just read in the manual that you are supposed to leave it plugged in with the battery connected all the time, unless it's going to go unused for a few months. I had not been doing that. I just plugged it in and charged the battery prior to dives.

Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas?
