I had heard about Ken Nedimyer's good work years ago, nurturing coral and transplanting it. Just today I read an article in Nature Conservancy (the Autumn 2010 issue) and I thought it might be of interest to SB readers. Attached is the opening photo from the article, which I highly recommend. The online version is here.

Ken's Coral Restoration Foundation is online here with news, volunteer opportunities, and donation-matching.
