Captain Obvious

I have a metal button Atmos Ai, ACI version 2.2.3 build04.27.10 running on win7 32bit. I can download off the DC, but it only grabs the last dive. The sample rate is 15 secs. Any ideas?

I would call aeris on this one even on the old Ai you get more dives than that.

Hi, I have the same problem. I called tech support back in September, after 40 mins on the phone the option was- put more dives on it (they reasoned it was the download memory chip that was damaged -seperate from the actual computer memory), if that doesn't fix it (?) send it back to them... Welllll, guess what? I'm working on a gap in dives to send it in...
What did they tell you, if I may ask?
