Weekend diving (October 22nd-23rd)

Is anyone looking to head out anywhere near Vancouver this weekend? I'm starting to get the shakes from not diving enough. Sunday would be ideal but I'll take anything!

As usual it's been far too long.

We're hitting lake pavillion tomorrow.
2 dives and long drives.

I'd be up for a couple ocean dives Sunday morning. I've done WC quite a bit recently, so how's Kelvin or Porteau?

I am in for a couple of dives at Kelvin on Sunday morning, as I have not been there lately.

Sunday sounds good, Kelvin or porteau. I'd come to pavilion but work has killed me today, need the sleeping in day!

I'm easy with times on sunday, so whenever is best for you guys.

It's usually best to get to Kelvin early to grab the parking while it lasts but maybe that's less of a concern this time of year and with rain in the forecast. How is 9:00?

but no idea where to fill up, GPD is closed on sundays (and I just bought an additional 10 fill dive card)

I'm up for Porteau Cove Sunday 2 dives,,,say 10 and 12 30,,low tide
viz has been so so all this week,,,lots of rain and in pour of streams

Well, I'm not sure I"ll be able to make it now. My car is giving me problems - if I can sort them out by tomorrow I'll be there.

Usually my car only breaks on the way home from work.. Never on the way there.. :dontknow:

A heads up for anyone thinking of heading to Kelvin in the near future - the viz on Sunday was the worst I've seen. We descended into pea soup hoping it would open up at 20 or 30 fsw but got all the way to our planned max depth of 60 fsw and it was still no more than 5' viz. On our second dive we tried a little further and sure enough around 70 fsw it finally cleared up.
