I'm forwarding this to Scubaboard as Leo has requested in the hope that some here may be interested in supporting this cause, or at least be interested in this Klein Bonaire circumnavigation dive.

Dear Friends,
On Monday the 27th december 2010 me and my friend Felix Faassen will raise money for STINAPA and Sea Turtle Conservation by diving around Klein Bonaire in one single dive. The dive is more than 10 KM in length and will take us around 12-16 hours to complete. During the dive the team will be supported by a surface support team.
This way we would like to raise awareness for the conservation of Bonaires nature and animals so that people of Bonaire and abroad can continue enjoy this unique eco system now and in the future.
Bonaire is a small island but has a very important role in the eco system of the entire Caribbean.
It has a large mangrove forest which provide nesting grounds for a large portion of marine life and Bonaire is home to endangered turtles.
By a small donation you will support the continuing research of Bonaire's unique eco system and marine wildlife.
You can donate online fast and easy here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=76FCAFQMW3HPL
All donations are eligible for 50% tax reduction (varies per country). All proceedings go directly to STINAPA and STCB.
During the dive the facebook page will be updated live by the surface support crew!
