Jan or Feb. The tides are all running low tides in the morning for both months so neither one is better than the other. Although I have had great dives during low tide.
PCB or Destin? I'll be there if I can. And given enough notice, I could be free.

I might be interested but it's hard for me to make plans because of my dad's health. What are the water temps likely to be then?

Awesome idea. From H-town I can drive to Destin, but farther than that and I will need government approved strip-search.

I would do it again(cold brrrrrr.) last year was in the 50's. If I am able to go, you can't leave me this time
