One of the adventures this past weekend was diving this wreck situated in the St Lawrence River, some kilometers east of the Thousand Islands.
The wreck was a 340-foot frieghter which sank in 1970 and which now sits in about 70 feet of water bow into the current... considerable current!

Wayne Green, a popular technical charter captain who usually operates out of Rockport, organized the day. He'd decided it would make a welcome change for his usual clientelle and took a small boat to Chrysler Marina and ferried folks out the the wreck, which is about a kilometer away from the dock!
Great day and a really interesting dive. Thoroughly recommend it to anyone who's used to diving stiff current -- felt like 3 knots to me -- and who is comfortable diving steel wrecks.
