Obviously, we want someone who is safety-conscious, technically-proficient, cooperative and pleasant. But what other criteria do you use to evaluate the DMs?

It's important that the divemaster be responsive to help you enjoy the dive experience, so you will want to continue diving.

It's also fun to have a DM who is familiar with the site and can show you all the cool stuff!

I think having the desire to share with others all the great exeriences you have had while underwater. Then helping them actually Experience it!

There is nothing better than being with a diver that has just seen something amazing, that you saw years ago. All the feelings you had at the time come back to you!

I guess what I am saying is "Share The Wealth!"
