Is there a special tool/technique to fit the front retaining o'ring to the port assembly on a G11 housing. It is naturally a tight fit, but after squeezing in about 80 percent of the o'ring, the compression has caused the ring to elongate and prevents the remainder from being inserted. Can this be done 'at home' or is it a factory job?
Can anyone help?

Alan

We use a special press to place pressure on the glass and allow us to fit the o-ring into the channel properly. I would expect you to have difficulty accomplishing this yourself. The best recommendation is to send it back to us for re-fitting and water pressure testing.
