Selling my used but well cared for Sea and Sea VX-950 Pro underwater video housing, Sony DSR-PDX10 3 chip video camera (loaded with accessories), Pelican 1620 water tight camera case and Pinnacle Edition Version 5 video editing software with Title Deko Pro and Hollywood FX Pro. Everything you need to start shooting and editing underwater video's. This set up produces amazing results. If your a scuba diver who wants to have a great underwater housing and camera that gets fantastic video, this is the set-up to get. Major service to housing completed after last dive trip by Pacific Housing Repair at a cost of $472.00. Housing has not been used since the service and has never leaked (service was preventive maintenance). All manuals for equipment. I have owned all this equipment since new (2003).
The Sea and Sea VX-950 PRO is a high-performance underwater housing that permits all the critical functions of Sony's pro-calibre 3CCD DSR-PDX10 camcorder to be expertly utilized. The housing originally cost $2500 new. Housing comes with lens cap, video monitor hood, underwater mike, spare set of O-rings and built in pop up red filter. Color LCD video monitor (2.5") built into back of camera housing. Camera controls are on handles. Wide angle conversion lens X0.56 is installed. This housing was specifically designed for the Sony DCR-TRV950 and the Sony DSR-PDX10. ABS Resin & Polycarbonate housing.
Sony DSR-PDX10 3 chip video camera is in great demand and on it's own sells for over $800 used (was $3,000 retail) without all the options. This one is in excellent condition. The PDX10 shoots a true electronic 16:9 anamorphic widescreen format video.The results are quite impressive on the camera's large 3.5-inch LCD and are breathtaking on a 52-inch widescreen television. The PDX10 allows you to shoot on both DVCAM tape or consumer Mini DV tape. The hours meter on the camera reads: operation 78 X 10H, drum run 18 X 10H, Tape run 11 X 10H, Threading 20 X 10. Comes with Sony Aluminum video camera case (14" X 9" X 6.5"), Sony ECM-NV electric condenser microphone, Sony dual battery charger AC-SQ950, Sony Lithium Ion batteries NP-FM50 & NP-QM71, AC adapter, two lens shades, lens cap, remote control, manual.
