Anyone know where to get spring straps that are compatible with Cressi Rondine Fins here in the Philippines?

Brand new, spring 20cm and 28cm between axes.88864

Unfortunately, these do not fit. These are for frog fins or that generic rubber stud type. The rondines have like a plastic cleat instead so the only way to fit springs is with a quick release clip. I've seen them, but just dont know where to get them.
