The Louie was a 60' Columbia River tug which sank from neglect in 1974. Apparently she caused quite a fuel spill with fish kill at the time. Despite newspaper reports to the contrary, she was obviously never raised. The pilot house is still intact although lying on its side. The prop was salvaged along with some equipment like the towing bits. The massive in-line 6 diesel engine and plenty of other artifacts remain. She's a fun dive (was our 3rd dive of the day) and relatively shallow.
